The german open air museum "Hessenpark" represents the cutltural history of the county "Hessen" over the last 400 years. The museum sets particularly great value in transmitting knowledge vividly. Therefore the newly developed corporate design concept focuses on what gives the museum its unique vitality:
The people and the animals. About 50 illustrated characters represent the spirit of the park. Used in different combinations aside the word mark the figures become an ever changing theme dependent logo. The logo can be regenerated in thousands of ways and keeps playing with the audience. The illustrated characters also enable the museum to communicate with its visitors in a friendly personal way, making it attractive to a wide ranged target audience.
